Important: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You must initiate your return within 15 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. - Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and notify you of the approval status within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same item in a different size/color, follow the standard return process and include a note specifying your desired replacement. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved.
