All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Brita Kitchen Store purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened packages of Disposable Table Covers
  • Opened containers of Cleaning & Sanitizing products
  • Used or washed Dish Cloths & Dish Towels
  • Personalized or custom-made Displayware & Signage

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send you an RMA number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

  • Once received, we’ll inspect your return and notify you of approval status within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same item in a different size/color:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
